The work provided for this project will include all materials, equipment, labor and related items necessary to widen both shoulders on March Point Road from the Tommy Thompson trestle south approximately 1,250 feet and install a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) assembly. The work will include, clearing and grubbing, saw-cutting and planing bituminous pavement, roadway excavation, placing crushed surfacing top course, HMA paving, installing rock wall, installing RRFP assembly, permanent signing, pavement striping and markings, landscaping, erosion control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and Standard Plans. Bid deposits equal to 5 percent of the bid amount; forms of payment may be cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond; City of Anacortes Business License required for contractor and subcontractors to perform public work; Faxed and Emailed proposals will not be considered.

Contractors and subcontractors must have City of Anacortes Business License prior to receiving contract award.
