Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside clearly marked with the bid opening date and time, the bid title and number as it appears in this advertisement, plus the name and address of the bidder. Bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk, City of Anacortes, and 904 6th Street, PO Box 547, Anacortes, WA 98221. Proposals will be publicly opened at Anacortes City Hall and read aloud following bid closing.The project provides for the labor, miscellaneous materials, and equipment to install new Aerostrip Diffusers and hardware, provided by the City of Anacortes, at the Anacortes Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), 500 T Ave, Anacortes, WA 98221.
