Description

The City of Anacortes is requesting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Property Utilization and Master Plan aimed at optimizing the use of our 8.5-acre Operations Facility property now and over the next 50 years. The outcome of the project will be a projection of the future space needs of the city on the site (for equipment, staff, fleet operations, materials storage, decant facility, electric fleet vehicle charging, etc.), layout of the site space needs with consideration of circulation of the site, and layout of additional space needs to meet current development regulations (landscape requirements, stormwater requirements, power requirements).The full Request for Proposals which includes specifications and submittal requirements can be found under "Related Documents" at the bottom of this page.
