The City of Anacortes (City) is currently inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals to assist the City in reviewing existing permitting and development review processes with the intent to streamline the permit application process, increase predictability of the process, document the process, and integrate the documented process with SmartGov, the City’s permitting software system.
