The Cities of Mount Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, and Sedro-Woolley are jointly soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for the provision of Indigent Defense Services for our Municipal Courts in Skagit County. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established firm wishing to expand their organization or a new group wanting to start up a law firm to provide these essential services. The Cities are offering incentives to mitigate start-up expenses and will consider an up-to-five-year commitment from a qualified organization.
