Sealed bids for 2018 Waterline Replacement Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 904 6th Street, P.O. Box 547, Anacortes, Washington, 98221, until 10:00 a.m., local time on Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 when bids will be publicly opened and read in the Main Conference Room at City Hall. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. BIDDERS ARE DIRECTED TO WWW.BXWA.COM (http://www.bxwa.com/) TO ENSURE RECEIPT OF ENTIRE SOLICITATION. The work provided for this project will include all materials, equipment, labor and related items necessary to install approximately 2640 LF of 8” ductile iron water main, make tie-ins to the existing water system, install new and reconnect to existing fire hydrants, renew/reconnect existing water services, excavating and installing asphalt.

In order to perform public work, the successful contractor and subcontractors, prior to receiving contract award, shall hold or obtain such licenses and registrations as required by State Statutes and codes, Federal and Local laws and regulations, and a City of Anacortes Business License.
