SUMMARY In accordance with RCW 39.04.270, the City of Anacortes, herein referred to as the City, is announcing its intent to purchase an electronic log book (eLog) software for the Wastewater Treatment Plant as indicated in Attachment A. The City’s needs are outlined in the following request for proposal (RFP). PROJECT OBJECTIVES The City seeks qualified proposers to supply the Wastewater Treatment Plant with electronic logbook software. This software must be able to compile and store information related to employee passdown of critical plant information regarding operations and maintenance. The software must be fully searchable, have audit trail feature, be able to export and import from Excel, Allmax Operator 10, Historian, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat. The software must be compatible with Microsoft SQL server databases and must also be fully functional in an offline status that can sync once internet signal is available.
