In accordance with competitive bid requirements set forth under RCW 39.04.155, Small Works Roster Contract Procedures, the City of Anacortes is pleased to invite you to submit a bid under the subject solicitation. Contractors who bid on this project must be registered on the Small Works Roster by the time that bids are due. Contractor shall commence work immediately after award of contract and the Notice to Proceed is issued. The City needs the Bidder to expedite the work as schedule will allow with all work completed by October 31, 2018.

All bids must be delivered in the manor specified herein. Bids submitted by Bid closing date and time must include: Bid proposal form signed by an authorized representative; Non-Collusion; Declaration; Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statues.
