In accordance with competitive bid requirements set forth under RCW 39.04.155, Small Works Roster Contract Procedures, the City of Anacortes is pleased to invite you to submit a bid under the subject solicitation. Contractors who bid on this project must be registered on the Small Works Roster by the time that bids are due. Project Title: Fire Station Three Upgrades #18-156-FIR-003. Summary of Work: The scope of this Contract shall include all Work shown on or implied by the Project Manual, Exhibit C, for the construction of the City of Anacortes Fire Station Three Upgrades including: Demolition, Utilities, Building Construction, Training, and all Work necessary for a complete and operational project. All construction shall include new materials and products except as specifically noted in the Contract Documents. All work shall be executed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Architect. Work shall proceed without disruption of occupancy of existing neighboring facilities in any manner, except with prior approval. The City will be providing the building permit required, Bidder is responsible for any and all other permits that may be required. There will not be a public bid opening.
