In accordance with competitive bid requirements set forth under RCW 39.04.155, Small Works Roster Contract Procedures, the City of Anacortes is pleased to invite you to submit a bid under the subject solicitation. Contractors who bid on this project must be registered on the Small Works Roster by the time that bids are due. The City needs the Bidder to expedite the work as schedule will allow with all work to be completed no later than August 31, 2019. Project Title: Anacortes Public Library Roof Replacement 19-110-FAC-001. Scope of work includes the removal of existing roof materials, installation of a single ply roof membrane system on the Anacortes Public Library building (approximately 7,500 square feet), and related tasks such as removing old flashing, reattaching EPDM roofing, installing FR-10 separator, mechanically attached PVC membrane, sealing penetrations, running membrane up walls, installing drip metal and walk pads, installing new flashing, and daily site cleanup. All work to be performed between 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday excluding City observed holidays. Bidder is responsible for any and all permits that may be required.
