In accordance with competitive bid requirements set forth under RCW 39.04.155, Small Works Roster Contract Procedures, the City of Anacortes is pleased to invite you to submit a bid under the subject solicitation. Contractors who bid on this project must be registered on the Small Works Roster by the time that bids are due. The City needs the Bidder to expedite the work as schedule will allow with all work to begin on August 19, 2019 and completed no later than September 18, 2019.
