In accordance with competitive bid requirements set forth under RCW 39.04.155, Small Works Roster Contract Procedures, the City of Anacortes invites bids. Contractors who bid on this project must be registered on the Small Works Roster by the time that bids are due. The scope of Existing Conditions and Demolition is to remove and take possession of existing floating dock and all appurtenances (removing pilings and shore-mounted steel metal hinge assemblies) as indicated on the Plans, and to remove existing bed load in the vicinity as required to install the new shore mounting(s). The scope of Installation: • Install Owner-provided steel metal shore mount(s), including grouting base plates. • Place Owner-provided floating dock sections and bolt them together (Orca hinges). • Provide and drive new pilings as indicated on the Plans.
