Box 547, 904 6th Street, Anacortes, WA 98221, for the purchase of a Treatment Plant Chemicals 2020-2021, project #20-162-IDS. Bids are to be submitted only on the PROPOSAL FORM provided. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the outside clearly marked with the bid opening date and time, the project name and number as it appears in this advertisement, plus the name and address of the bidder. Bids shall be addressed to the City Clerk, City of Anacortes, and 904 6th Street, PO Box 547, Anacortes, WA 98221. Proposals will be publicly opened at Anacortes City Hall and read aloud following bid closing. Due to COVID-19, if Anacortes City Hall is closed to the public on the bid due date, bidders wishing to drop off bids in person shall call the City Clerk’s office at (360)293-1900 when at City Hall to be met at the door or receive other instructions for dropping off bids.
