Pursuant to, and in compliance with, RCW 39.80, the City of Anacortes is currently inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals for consulting or engineering services to conduct a Wastewater Industrial Users Survey and perform a Sewer Industrial Users Rate Analysis. The purpose of the Industrial Users Survey is to identify industries contributing high volume or strength of wastewater to the system or pollutants of concern. The objective for the Industrial Rate Analysis is to evaluate the rate structure for non-domestic users of the sewer system to ensure rates are appropriately allocated among all user classes to recover costs for providing sewer service.
