Work shall include assessing and replacing all light fixtures and installing new conduit and fixtures where listed in Attachments 1 & 2. Specifications can only be substituted with prior written authorization by the City.Work to Include:1. Provide and install all materials necessary for new external light fixtures on City Public Works buildings.2. All external lighting listed in Attachments 1 & 2 will be updated with listed make and model of fixture.3. All internal lighting listed in Attachments 1 & 2 will be updated with listed make and model of fixture.4. No substitutions of fixture make or model shall be allowed. Attachment 3 has detailed cutsheets for all fixtures.5. Provide and install new rigid aluminum conduit from existing power sources to new fixture locations. Theselocations can be seen on Attachment 1 and will be highlighted during the mandatory pre-bid site visit.6. Work to be performed under this contract is subject to prevailing wage.7. Provide all documentation and application material for rebates and incentives associated with these fixtures.8. Provide documentation of all features and licenses required for the upgraded fixtures.9. Provide as-built plans of final layouts for fixtures and conduit installations.10. Keep all work areas clear and clean. All utility operations will continue during project.11. All work to be completed in no more than 15 working days after notice to proceed is issued by the City.Additional Requirements:1. WA L&I Electrical Permit2. City of Arlington Permit3. Mechanical and Electrical Permits4. Complete system test5. Maintain clean work area, recycle old units when possible.6. Clean up and dispose of all debris, remove existing equipment from the premises.7.
