The City of Arlington and the Arlington Municipal Airport are seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) from interested parties for the development and construction of aircraft hangars to be located at the Arlington Municipal Airport. The object of all proposals should be to illustrate how your proposal will benefit the City of Arlington, the airport, and the community.The land will be leased from the Arlington Municipal Airport on an annual basis at Fair Market Value (FMV) as determined by an appraisal conducted every five years and required by the Federal Aviation Administration and Airport Grant Assurances.
