Cox, Arlington, Washington 98223, until 2:00 PM, local time on January 9th, 2025, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to perform the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to discuss the project and DBE required paperwork, will be held on Thursday January 2nd 2025, at 2:30pm at the above location. The work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to install erosion and water pollution control; removal of existing sidewalk, pavement, and subgrade; clear and grub existing landscaping; base course placement and grading; asphalt paving; construction of storm water conveyance, water main and drainage structures; constructing curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps; installing illumination; installing traffic signals; installing bus shelter pads; installing pavement markings and signing; performing traffic control; and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $1,400,000.00. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Documents for this project and any Addenda issued thereto, which are on file with the City of Arlington Public Works Department.
