Work shall include the excavation and removal of approximately 181 feet of existing stormwater pipe and installation of new infiltration pipe and drainage trench. Modification of existing catch basins will be required. Backfill, pave, and seal trench per City of Arlington standards. Contractor shall be responsible for traffic control as well as erosion and sediment control. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Documents for this project and any Addenda issued thereto, which are on file with the City of Arlington Public Works Department.

All products and installation shall comply with current City of Arlington codes and standards. This project is subject to current State Prevailing Wage rates. This invitation for quotation may be cancelled at the discretion of the City at any time. The City shall award the contract for the project to the lowest responsible and qualified bidder. The City reserves the right to reject all bids.
