Submission Requirements
Sealed bids must be on the form provided and accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cashier’s check, postal money order, or surety bond, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The amount of the surety bond may be stated either as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the bid proposal. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. Plans and specifications available through QuestCDN; a hard copy set available to view at City Hall Engineering front counter.

Funding and wage rates
Project is partially funded through the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program with federal funds from the EPA. All work will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates.
