This includes including all valves, appurtenances, connections to existing mains, water service replacement, power and communication conduits and cables, junction box, control panels and surface restorations. The work includes all materials, labor and services for a complete and operational installation.The City of Bainbridge Island reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
