Description

The project consists of repairing the porch that has sagged due to foundation settlement and rot. It will require placing a new perimeter foundation and resetting the framing on the new foundation. The supports and various wood elements of the porch require replacement, and the building framing needs to be reattached to the concrete foundation walls with structural hold downs. This is a historical building and all construction must retain the remaining historic materials and minimize the impact on the historic integrity of the building. See attached Request for Quotes.
