CITY OF BOTHELL REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Juanita-Woodinville and 228th St SW-SE Overlays – Construction Management Services The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in providing construction management services for the Juanita-Woodinville and 228th St SW-SE Overlay projects. These are two separate projects and the City intends to award two contracts for CM services. One contract for each project. Summary of Work: provide teams with expertise in construction administration, construction field inspection, and material testing. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal for this professional services contract is zero percent. The key elements of work are as follows: Construction Administration Construction Inspection Material Testing Both projects are federally funded projects and will be held to Federal EEO requirements The City of Bothell is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
