CITY OF BOTHELL REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS & PERFORMANCE DATA 102nd Ave NE Downtown Access Improvements The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data from firms qualified and interested in providing professional design engineering services for the 102nd Ave NE Downtown Access Improvements. Summary of Work: Provide survey, right of way mapping, engineering, environmental, public involvement, and construction engineering services in support of completing the project. It is anticipated that the consultant work for this project will be authorized in phases. The selected consultant must have the capability to complete the entire design and permitting process and provide construction engineering support services. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work immediately on preliminary design. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to complete additional phases, such as final design and construction engineering services. Some of the key disciplines of work are as follows: Surveying Civil Engineering Electrical Environmental Landscaping Right of Way Mapping Public Involvement Private and Public Utility Coordination Construction Engineering Support At the option of the City, the Consultant may be contracted to perform similar work for other locations in the City of Bothell Downtown core. These locations may be, but are not limited to 103rd AVE NE, Main Street, and Kaysner Way. No submittals will be accepted after that date and time.
