The North Creek Trail Section 4- Phase 1 proposes to construct a shared-use non-motorized path between Filbert Drive to Centennial Park driveway along the south side of SR524. The general aspects of this work will involve construction of approximately 950 linear feet of 10-foot-wide paved trail with planter strip, structural earth wall, APS signal upgrade and ramp work, street light relocation, erosion control, site preparation, fencing, and utility adjustments. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $780,000 to $820,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 50.
