CITY OF BOTHELL REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS & PERFORMANCE DATA Sammamish River and Waynita Creek Restoration - Conceptual Design. The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data from firms qualified and interested in providing professional services for the East Side Sammamish-Waynita Restoration Conceptual Design project. Summary of Work: Provide planning, restoration engineering services, environmental, public involvement, data collection, and surveying in support of completing the project. The selected consultant must have the capability to complete the entire conceptual design and permitting process and provide restoration engineering support services. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work immediately on surveying and developing conceptual designs for restoration alternatives. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to complete additional phases, such as final design and construction engineering services. Some of the key disciplines of work are as follows: Surveying, Restoration Design, Cultural Resource Compliance, Environmental Public Involvement, Private and Public Utility Coordination, Construction Engineering Support.
