CITY OF BOTHELL REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS & PERFORMANCE DATA Public Works Shop 1 RebuildThe City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data from firms qualified and interested in providing professional services for the Public Works Shop 1 Re-build, which will demolish and replace the existing 6,650 square foot shop. Summary of Work: Provide planning, architectural, engineering, environmental, permitting, adjacent property owner coordination, and construction engineering services in support of completing the project. It is anticipated that the consultant work for this project will be authorized in phases. The selected consultant must have the capability to complete the entire design and permitting process and provide construction engineering support services. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work immediately on the initial planning phase. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to complete additional phases, such as final design and construction engineering services.
