Description
The 2021 Downtown Overlay & Utility includes work to complete various improvements including curb ramps, cement concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement rehabilitation, electrical work, utility adjustments, pavement markings, signing, utility work including sanitary sewer, cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP), water main and appurtenances, and storm drainage improvements. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $1,800,00 to $2,000,000. The number of days for Physical Completion of this project is 140 calendar days.
