Summary of Work: Provide planning, engineering, environmental, public involvement, and construction engineering services in support of completing the project. The selected consultant must have the capability to complete the entire design and permitting process and provide construction engineering support services. It is anticipated that the consultant will begin work immediately on preliminary design. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may also be contracted to complete additional phases, such as final design and construction engineering services. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal for this professional services contract is nineteen percent (19%).The key elements of work are as follows: Civil Engineering; Environmental (NEPA); Cost Estimating; Public Involvement; Private and Public Utility Coordination; Construction Engineering Support.
