The VALHALLA UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS proposes to provide water, storm sewer system and sanitary sewer system improvements within Bothell’s Valhalla neighborhood (Valhalla). The general aspects of this work will involve replacement of the entire water distribution system and replacement of select storm sewer structures and pipes and select sewer pipes. Associated work includes pavement grind and overlay, replacement of damaged curb/ gutter/sidewalk, and a new ADA curb ramp. The total estimated construction cost for this project is in the range of $4,100,000 to $4,900,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is two hundred ten (210).
