Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of construction administration and office engineering, construction field inspection, and material testing for one (1) tied bids project that includes the Bothell Everett Highway Overlay Project and the 228TH ST SE Overlay Project. This tied bid project has a 19% DBE goal. The major features of the project are as follows: Grind and overlay curb to curb, Intersection channelization, ADA required sidewalk ramps, and Pedestrian push buttons.
