Description

The project consists of renovating the fourth floor of the City Hall building to add a private office suite within the existing space that the City can lease. This is LEED Certified Gold building that is just over one year old and occupied. Work includes selective demolition, interior partitions, finishes, mechanical modifications, fire sprinkler upgrades, revised power distributions and new lighting. This project is under tight deadlines and must be substantially complete and ready for occupancy by March 17, 2017.
