The 102ND AVENUE NE DOWNTOWN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT proposes to improve pedestrian access and the existing facilities along 102nd Ave NE between the King County Metro Park & Ride Lot and NE 185th St. The general aspects of this work will involve replacing, constructing, and installing curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, curb bulb outs, pavement delineation, pavement overlay, signage, joint utility trenching, and pedestrian lighting. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $1,000,000 to $1,500,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 120.
