The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in providing professional services for the On-Call Structural Engineering Services for Bothell’s Local Bridge Program. The City will award work on an as-needed basis. Summary of Work: The Consultant team will be selected to provide on-call services, for a minimum of 2 years, to provide planning, engineering, analysis, environmental, inspection, construction engineering and other miscellaneous services in support of preserving and improving the City’s bridges. It is anticipated that the consultant work for this project will be authorized as needed. Experience in the following areas is required for this work: Bridge structural analysis and design; WSDOT bridge rating and inspection; Familiarity with National Bridge Inspection Standards and National Bridge Inventory requirements; Knowledge of Local Bridge Program Call for Projects and other grant applications; Bridge asset management; On-Call consultant services: responsiveness, work on small repairs, work on miscellaneous bridge-related issues.
