The City of Bothell’s Information Technology (IT) and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) divisions, of the Employee and Technology Services Department, are seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in the development of a comprehensive Technology and Esri Geographic Information System (GIS) Strategic Plan and Roadmap. The strategic plan and roadmap will drive our organization’s technology investments and initiatives over the next 5 years.
