The Promontory Point Sewer Repair Project proposes to construct approximately 770 linear feet of new sanitary sewer pipe and appurtenances, and miscellaneous storm drainage items in the City of Bothell. The Project will involve installing and anchoring approximately 420 linear feet of 10-inch O.D. HDPE sewer pipe on a steep slope; abandoning and plugging an existing sewer pipe; installing approximately 185 linear feet of 8-inch-diameter PVC sewer pipe through an existing parking lot; and installing three new manholes, including two anchor manholes; replacing two existing cleanouts with manholes; installing two catch basins, 20 linear feet of 8-inch-diameter storm pipe; and approximately 60 feet of French drains. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, traffic control, erosion control, pavement repair, site restoration, and other work all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $190,000 to $210,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 30 days.
