The City of Bothell Community Development Department is accepting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional community engagement services related to long-range planning efforts, specifically for the Downtown Subarea Plan Update (DSPU) and Housing Action Plan (HAP). These services are central to ensuring that planning reflects the needs of all community members, particularly historically underrepresented and impacted populations.

Special Requirements: Consultants must adhere to the City of Bothell's Professional Services Agreement. Proposals must include a project schedule and cost proposal and demonstrate strategies for equitable engagement. Compliance with federal equal opportunity laws and encouragement of disadvantaged business participation is also required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications: Applicants must have experience in community engagement, including inclusive outreach strategies and event facilitation. Consultants should showcase their capacity to engage outside standard business hours and have significant ties to the local community.
