Description
The City of Bothell is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to partner with a cross-departmental team of City employees to design, administer, and analyze a comprehensive employee engagement and climate survey. The selected vendor will also provide actionable recommendations based on the survey results. The goal is to assess and enhance employee engagement, morale, satisfaction, and workplace culture across all departments, as well as to evaluate how effectively the City and its employees are embodying organizational values.An additional objective is to use the insights gained from this survey to support the city’s talent acquisition strategy by identifying and promoting the aspects of its culture and work environment that make it a desirable place to work. These efforts will help enhance the city’s ability to retain current employees while also attracting top talent in a competitive labor market.
