Quotes due Quotes will be accepted in writing at Bothell City Hall, 18415 101st Avenue NE, Bothell, WA, 98011, on or before 200 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017. A quote shall consist of a fully completed and executed quote schedule and proposal. See scope of work, specifications, and site plan for details. Project overview This project consists of the procurement and installation of antennas and associated equipment on a new, 4-legged, Valmont manufactured tower. At a later date, the project will also include the demolition and removal of an older, adjacent 3-legged Rohn manufactured tower. All work shall be in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents. All construction shall be in compliance with ordinance and regulations of City of Bothell and State and Federal codes.

Special Requirements: The Owner will have obtained building permits for the facility except for the OTC electrical permit. Obtaining all other required permits such as any required right-of-way permits will be the Contractor’s responsibility.
