The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in providing professional services for the 7th Ave. SE / 88th Ave. NE Non-Motorized Improvements Project. This project will consist of improvements along 7th Ave. SE / 88th Ave. NE from 240th St. SE to south of NE 203rd Street. The project includes walking path, curb, ADA curb ramps, crosswalk, crosswalk flags, pedestrian activated flashing beacons, signs and utility relocates. A more detailed description has been provided below: On the west side of 7th Ave SE (88th Ave NE) between 240th St SE and NE 203rd St, and at the missing gap, install 5-foot-wide HMA walking path with existing ditch and/or curb for separation from travel lane. Install 2 pedestrian crosswalks on the north-south and east-west legs of the intersection of NE 203rd St/88thth Ave NE. Install 2 rectangular rapid flashing beacons on the east-west leg of the intersection of NE 203rd St/88th Ave NE. Install pedestrian crosswalk flags on the north-south leg of the intersection of NE 203rd St/88th Ave SE. Install New ADA Curb Ramps at 240th St SE/7th Ave SE and NE 203rd St/88th Ave NE.
