Notice is hereby given that the City of Bothell will receive sealed bids for the work described below. Bids will be received at the front counter in the City Hall Building, located at 18415, 101st Ave NE, in the City of Bothell, Washington up to the hour of 3:00 pm, as determined by the designated bid clock at said location, on Thursday September 13, 2018 at which time all bids will be reviewed to determine the apparent lowest bidder. In general, the work under this Demolition of Building located at 17816 Bothell Way NE, contract will include the verification, removal and disposal of hazardous materials found within the existing building, and the demolition of the existing building including the slab and foundation, retaining walls, steps, railings, ramps, and all below and above ground facilities; asphalt parking lot, extruded curb, site cleanup and grading, and utility capping.
