The Lift Station 3 Replacement will to demolish the existing lift station and construct a new lift station on the same site. The Lift Station 3 Replacement project shall consist of, but is not limited to, constructing a sewage lift station including an 8-foot diameter concrete wet well, two 7.5-horsepower submersible pumps, associated valves, piping and flow meter installed in new concrete vaults, electrical controls and motor starters housed in a new pre-fabricated building, and emergency generator housed in a sound attenuated enclosure, constructing a new gravity block retaining wall, installing chain link fence, demolishing the existing lift station, restoring all surfaces disturbed by construction activities, providing testing, commissioning, and training, and providing all associated work as shown on the Plans and specified herein, for a complete and workable system.
