REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Bothell solicits interest from consulting firms to provide teams with expertise in construction administration, construction field inspection, geotechnical services and material testing. The City will award work as needed for the below-referenced projects. Work will take place out of the City’s construction office. The City will be managing the day-to-day activities of the projects and will be supplementing City Staff with consultant staff to manage the construction phase of the projects. Citywide Capital Improvement Projects – The Consultant team, for a minimum period of 2 years, will be selected to provide on-call services to office administration, perform inspection, reporting, geotechnical services, and materials testing for a wide range of Public Works projects. Experience in the following disciplines is required for this work: Roadway, incl. paving, earthwork, and concrete sidewalks/curb/gutter Public Utilities, incl. water, sanitary and storm sewer Electrical Work, incl. traffic signals, ITS and building Structural Inspection, incl. retaining walls, box culverts, bridges and bar reinforcement Environmental Mitigation or Plant Establishment Materials Testing, incl. HMA, concrete, welds, and soils analysis Geotechnical Services, incl. pile driving inspection, consulting, on site review and recommendations

Submission for the RFQ is requested from consulting firms to provide teams with expertise in construction administration, construction field inspection, geotechnical services and material testing for Citywide Capital Improvement Projects.
