The 19th Ave SE/232nd St SE/23rd Ave SE Non-Motorized Improvements propose to install the following improvements along the west side of 19th Ave SE: storm drainage system and quality improvements, roadway widening including new curb, sidewalk, bike lane, retaining walls, precast concrete boardwalk, pedestrian traffic flow and ADA accessibility improvements. Proposed improvements along the north side of 232nd St SE include: storm drainage system and quality improvements, new curb, sidewalk, crosswalk striping and ADA accessibility improvements. Proposed improvements along the east side of 23rd Ave SE include: a storm drainage system improvements, water main improvements, roadway widening including curb, sidewalk, planter, bike lane, retaining walls, complete striping replacement, plus ADA curb ramps and crosswalk improvements. The project also includes traffic control, construction surveying, and project restoration including landscaping and driveway replacement. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $2,200,000 to $2,400,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 100.
