The City of Bothell (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of identifying a qualified consulting team(s) for the preparation of a feasibility study for a destination amenity with a public-use component. For this very important work, the City is seeking a well-qualified consultant(s) that has specific experience in the preparation and implementation of feasibility studies. It is expected that the selected consultant will evaluate the market demand and fiscal sustainability for a destination amenity with a public-use component. The study will substantiate the market analysis with sound data analysis and provide a recommendation regarding the feasibility of developing a destination amenity with a public-use component in the City of Bothell.

An electronic proposal in PDF, not to exceed 20 megabytes (no compressed files), must be emailed to jeanie.ashe@bothellwa.gov by the deadline. Additionally, six hard copies of the proposal must be submitted. One copy of the fees must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope labeled “Fees”.
