The Sanitary Sewer Main Repairs Project: Westhill and Beardslee/Sunrise Areas Project proposes to rehabiliate existing santiary sewer mains with ultraviolet-cured cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining. The general aspects of this work will involve lining 3,921 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe with CIPP liner in three areas. Areas A and B are multiple segments located primarily in backyards, with limited right of way access. Area C is a single segment located entirely in the right of way. The total estimated cost for this project, not including sales tax, is in the range of $690,000 to $720,000. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 40.
