Description
The project consists of patching and painting of interior walls at the Lytle House (approximately 1400 square feet). A painting schedule will be developed with the Contractor once the contract is awarded. See attached Scope of Work and Specifications. Work to begin August 15 and must be completed by August 19, 2016. A mandatory on-site walk through is scheduled at 11:00 am (PDT) on the 12th day of July, 2016. Contractors interested in this project will meet at this time, with Jaclynn Brandenburg, in front of 9929 NE 180th St., Bothell, WA 98011. Contractors who plan on attending this walk through are requested to notify Jaclynn Brandenburg by July 11, 2016 by 5:00 pm at jaclynn.brandenburg@bothellwa.gov
