The City of Bothell Public Works Department solicits interest from consulting firms to provide teams with expertise in construction administration, construction field inspection, and material testing for the Waynita Way NE Bridge over Sammamish River Seismic Retrofit Project. Summary of Work: Provide construction management services consisting of field inspection, material testing, resident engineer services, and contract administration for bridge seismic retrofit construction project. Field inspection includes welding, structural steel, formwork, general civil, and associated documentation. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal for this professional services contract is zero percent. Voluntary SBE Goals – A voluntary goal amount of ten percent (10%) of the Agreement is established. The consultant shall submit a SBE Participation Plan prior to commencing work on the Agreement. Although the goal is voluntary, the outreach efforts to provide SBE maximum practicable opportunities are not.
