Description
The cities of Bellevue, Bothell, Duvall, Kenmore, Newcastle and Woodinville operate under a Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit, issued by the State of Washington Department of Ecology. As part of our collective outreach efforts to educate our communities about stormwater runoff, we are requesting survey administration, data collection, and evaluation about current stormwater runoff awareness, attitudes, and behaviors to help us determine areas of focus for our programs. Three of the cities listed above participated in a similar survey in 2012, which is available at www.bothellwa.gov/stormsurvey2012. Project Overview In partnership, the cities of Bellevue, Bothell, Duvall, Kenmore, Newcastle and Woodinville seek to contract with a single firm to provide stormwater-related data collection and evaluation services for each of their respective cities through implementation to completion. See attached Request for Proposals for project details.
