Notice is hereby given that the City of Bothell will receive sealed bids for the following construction project. Bids will be received by the receptionist inside Bothell City Hall, located at 18415 101st Ave NE, (425) 806-6100, in the City of Bothell, Washington before 2:30 PM, as determined by the designated bid clock at said location, on November 12, 2019, after all bids will be publicly opened and read to determine the apparent lowest bidder. The Wexler Soil Remediation Project proposes to perform a remedial action to address subsurface contamination underlying the project site. The general aspects of this work will involve the excavation and disposal of contaminated soils, excavation dewatering, water treatment prior to discharge, followed by backfill and restoration. The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of 1.4M to $1.5M. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is 20.
