CITY OF BOTHELL REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Bothell Way NE Widening - 240th St SE to Reder Way The City of Bothell Public Works Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms qualified and interested in providing professional services for the Bothell Way NE Widening Project - 240th St SE to Reder Way. Summary of Work: Provide planning, engineering, environmental, public involvement, right of way and construction engineering services in support of completing the project. It is anticipated that the consultant work for this project will be authorized in phases. The selected consultant must have the capability to perform all current and future phases of work, including completion the entire design and permitting process, future right of way acquisition services and construction engineering support services. The Consultant, at the option of the City, may be contracted to complete additional/future phases of work. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal for this professional services contract is five (5) percent. The key elements of work are as follows: Civil Engineering Environmental Traffic Analysis Urban/Landscape/Streetscape design Public Outreach Cost Estimating Private and Public Utility Coordination Right of Way Plan and Acquisition Services Construction Engineering Support The City of Bothell is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
